Would You Refused A Piece Of This Caramel Nesquik cake!!!

Once you see how this Nesquik cake looks it won’t take 2 seconds and not imagine the cream melting in your mouth.


For the crust

7 egg whites

125 g sugar

2 packages vanilla sugar

180 g roasted hazelnuts

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Baking powder

100 ml oil

 For the cream

1 l milk

7 egg yolks

200 g caramels

160 g corn starch

150 g sugar + 1 package vanilla sugar

125 g butter

200 ml cream

To soak the crusts use

Milk and Nesquik

 For the glaze

200 g Milka noisette

200 ml cream

2-3 tbsp Nesquik



Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, and then gradually add the sugar until you create a solid foam. Pour the flour, baking powder, cocoa and Neskquik and hand mix it.

Then add the roasted hazelnuts and oil.

From this mixture you should bake 4 crusts on 1800 C for 15 minutes.

Add 900 ml milk on a heat and put in the caramels. Mix until the caramels are melted. The rest 100 ml of the milk mix it with the yolks, sugar and corn starch and after mixing add them to the milk with the caramels.

After the prepared cream is cooled add the butter and mix it with electric mixer. Beat the cream in a separate bowl until you get solid foam and then add it to the cooled cream.

To prepare the glaze put the 200 ml of cream to boil and after that add the Nesquik and cubes of chocolate. Then let it cool down completely.

When you start to make the layers every crust must be soak in mix of milk and Nesquik and after that add the cream on top of the crust. On the top of the last layer of cream put the cooled glaze.
