The Most Delicious Small “Chocolate Rocks”

My choice for today – classic, loved by everyone – “SMALL CHOCOLATE ROCKS”. More often they are served sprinkled with coconut, such as snowy mountain peaks.


250 g (9 oz) biscuits

100 g (3.5 oz) of crushed nuts (preferably walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds)

125 g (4.5 oz) butter

100 g (3.5 oz) of chocolate (can be replaced with cocoa)

A few spoonfuls of warm milk / cream

Flavors: vanilla / rum

Powdered sugar to taste

For the glaze:

100 g (3.5 oz) of chocolate

100 ml (0.4 cup) cream



Dough mixing milled / crushed crackers, nuts, soft butter and melted chocolate. You can put and chocolate like Nutella, it also hardens in the fridge. Add sugar to taste and flavors such as vanilla or any alcohol – rum, brandy and others.

Form the nice, soft but not sticky dough that quickly and easily shape small rocks by hand. Arrange in a tray and insert in the fridge to firm for about half an hour.

Ready small rocks pour chocolate glaze prepared from cream and chocolate. For this purpose, heat them on the stove to the extent cream before going to boil. Get out of the fire and add the chopped chocolate, as we begin to shuffle the ingredients until we get a nice homogeneous chocolate mixture. Pour it rocks are by looking not to save 🙂 . Optionally sprinkle with coconut!
