The Easiest Chocolate Cake Without Baking !!!

Instead  to pass holidays in the kitchen, sweet and quick rescue is in the cake who you can prepare  in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

250 cookies (maybe tea cookies or other sweets)

85g unsalted butter

400g dark chocolate with 60% cocoa mass

180 ml cream

chocolate-cake-biscuits

Preparation:

With small piece of butter spread the bottom of the rectangular pan. Cover with baking paper. Broke the biscuits into small pieces. The rest of the butter melt in a small pot. When is melted, place the cream. When cream is warm, place the broken chocolate (cubes). Stir with a wooden spoon to melt chocolate. When you get a homogeneous mixture, remove from the fire, put the broken biscuits and mix well the mixture. Put the mixture into the oiled mold and place the cake in refrigerator to stay 3 to 4 hours. Enjoy!
