Special CHOCOLATE DESSERT With Cocoa and Coffee Flavor!!!

This chocolate dessert is one of the most beautiful and most delicious dessert with cocoa and coffee flavor. It’s easy to prepare it, and easier to eat it!


220 g (8 oz) flour

150 g (5.5 oz) sugar

2 eggs

250 ml (1 cup) sour cream

2 tablespoons instant coffee

60 g (2.25 oz) melted butter

35 g (2.45 oz) cocoa powder

1.5 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder


For topping:

5 dl (2 cups) water

3 tablespoons of cappuccino

3.5 tablespoons instant coffee

Chocolate coating:

2 dl (0.8 cups) cream

200 g chocolate / half milk chocolate, half the cooking chocolate /


Forest fruit and whipped cream


Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish 30cm x 30 cm and bake 40 minutes at 180 Celsius degrees (350 F).

Pour over baked cake with topping: 5 dl (2 cups) brew water and add instant coffee and cappuccino and stir.

In 2 dl (0.8 cups) cream melt the chocolate and pour over the cooled cake.

Decorate with forest fruits and whipped cream and enjoy!
