Quick Summer Dessert – Creamy Cake with Strawberries!!!
Strawberries – guests of honor on each table until they are there, and because they are a great addition in all pastries and cakes we offer you to serve a creamy summer desert.
The recipe is quick, without baking, and no complicated procedures.
1 package ready (thin) layers of cake
1kg (2.25 lb) strawberries
2 sour cream
500g (1 lb 2 oz) whipped foam
200g (7 oz) powdered sugar
300ml (1.2 cups) sparkling water
Mix the whipped foam with cold sparkling water. Add the powdered sugar, then sour cream. Mix until you get a cream.
Chop the strawberries into quarters and peel apart.
Place one crust in pan, and then place the filling. Repeat the process twice, and then arrange strawberries. Continue this sequence until you have material.
The finished cake place it in the fridge overnight or in the freezer a few hours before you cut it.
Decorate with whipped cream and whole strawberries.
