Original French-Crème brule!!!

Ingredients:

6 yolks

75 g white sugar

3 ml vanilla extract

600 ml cream

25 g brown sugar

french-cream-brulee

Preparation:

Heat the oven on 150 0C. Mix the egg yolks then add 4 big spoons white sugar and  vanilla, mix until you get a creamy mixture.  Add the cream in a pan on low fire. Before to start   boiling remove from the heat and add the yolks  mixture. This mixture add in a small bowl on top of a big bowl with boiling water cook for about 3 min. Then add the mixture in a heatproof pan and bake for 30 min. Allow to cool a little bit and then put it in the fridge for about an hour.

In  a small bowl mix 2 big spoons white sugar and 2 spoons brown sugar. Sprinkle the sugar all over the edge of the dough. Then put it on top of a big bowl in which is boiling water so the sugar will melt. It’s much more easier to melt the sugar and then pour on top. Let it to cool and then serve it.
