Only 200 Calories-Light Chocolate Cake Dessert!!!

Express version of your favorite chocolate cake in Light version with only 200 calories per slice


First group:

¾ cups flour

1 cup sugar (brown or coconut)

2 full tablespoons cocoa (unsweetened)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

¾ teaspoon baking soda

Second group:

1 egg

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup water



In a blending bowl put the ingredients of first group (flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda).

In another bowl mix the ingredients of the second group, add them in a bowl with ingredients of firs group and all ingredients mix it well until you get a smooth uniform mixture.

Heat a half cup of water and when go to boil, add water into the mixture and mix well everything, again.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, put the mixture in mold and bake about 30-40 minutes.


Cut the cake at 12 pieces and serve when it has cooled.

You can sprinkle with chocolate or powdered sugar, crushed hazelnuts… You can glaze the cake with a little melted chocolate for cooking or serve with fruits or ice cream.
