“Mozart Balls” – One Of The Most Delicious Desserts!!!

There are many people who loves chocolate and chocolate desserts. So, if you decide to be harmful, with a little effort, you can prepare this dessert from dreams!!

Mozart balls


Ingredients for dough (18 balls):

80g dark chocolate

80g butter

50g sugar

2 eggs

50g flour

50g crushed almonds

Chocolate cream if necessary

2,5g baking powder

Ingredients for cream:

100g dark chocolate

100ml cream

100g butter

50ml rum

Ingredients for coating:

400g marzipan

4 tablespoons powdered sugar

150g dark chocolate

2 tablespoons grated pistachios




Melt the chocolate on steam. Mix the butter and sugar, then add the eggs.  After a few minutes of mixing add the chocolate. Mix the mixed flour with baking powder and crushed almonds. Put the dough in the tin and bake on 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

 For cream

Preheat sweet cream and add the chopped chocolate. Stir and cooled, then add the butter and mix around 5 minutes.

The cocoa cake break into a container and then add the rum and a little cream necessary to make slurry mixture. Cool the mixture around 40 minutes, then with spoon for ice-cream make 18 balls and cooled it 30 minutes.

The coating

Mash the marzipan with hands. Sprinkle the working surface with powdered sugar and stretching out the marzipan. Measure with a ball and cut into circles with a proper size. Wrap all balls with marzipan and leave them to cool another 5-10 minutes.

By taste, dip them in melted chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios.
