Moisture From The Oven!!! Pork Chops!!!
4 Pork Chops (3/4″ thick)
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 tbl. Butter (may need more)
1 can (14-1/2oz) can Cajun or Original style stewed tomatoes
Combine garlic powder and peppers. Rub into both sides of the pork. Heat butter. Add meat and 5 minutes on each side.
Add tomatoes, reducing heat. Cover and cook until ,until no pink remains. About 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
In the same skillet, continue cooking tomatoes until thickened. Serve over
