Melting In Mouth – “NESTLE” Chocolate Cake!!!

All fans of the chocolate wouldn’t stay indifferent on this chocolate cake. The “Nestle” cake is full of chocolate and is melting in your mouth, giving you a pleasure of an unimaginable and unforgettable flavor. Crust for cake:

6 egg whites

6 tablespoons sugar

5 tablespoons crushed nuts

2 tablespoons flour

Crust topping:

300 g (10.5 oz) chocolate

125 g (4.25 oz) butter



1 liter (4.22 cups) of milk

18 egg yolks original recipe or  OPTIONALLY 4-6 egg yolks

10 tablespoons flour

10 tablespoons sugar

250 g (9 oz) butter

200 g (7 oz) Nesqik powder

Top filling the whole cake:

300 g (10.5 oz) whipped cream

400 ml (1.69 cups) sparkling water


Mix all necessary ingredients for crust. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 F) until they get golden brown. When it’s cooled, fill with chocolate and butter that you previously fused steam. Beat egg yolks with a little flour and little milk, and in the rest of milk add sugar and boil it. In hot milk add yolks and mix well to not burning.

Remove the cream from the fire and let it cool. Mix the butter and add it in the cold filling with egg whites. Add and Nesquik powder and mix well. Mix whipped cream with sparkling water. Add the cream over crust with chocolate, first brown cream and then the whipped cream. Repeat the procedure until spending crusts. Enjoy!!!
