FRIDAY:

Breakfast: 250 g. pineapple.

Lunch: salad of vegetables and eggs (100g. green pepper, 50g. Peas, 50 g. Wheat, 1 boiled egg).

Dinner: 100g fish fillets, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 200g. peas or green beans.
