Grilling Lemon Chicken Wings!!!


12 large chicken wings

25g (1 oz) butter, melted

Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon

1tsp chilli powder

¼ tsp sea salt



Preheat the oven to 200 C (fan oven 180 C), gas mark 6. Using a strong pair of scissors,snip the tip off each wing and discard.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon zest and juice, Chilli powder and salt.

Arrange the chicken wings on a rack set over a baking tray and brush both sides with the lemony butter. Roast for 30-40 min, turning and basting once or twice, until golden brown


Easy and delicious, baked chicken wings are the ideal late-night snack, eaten hot from the oven. Or you can eat them cold the next day, packed in a lunchbox or picnic basket.
