Fantastic Parmesan sticks!!!

Ingredients:

1 cup 250 ml

3 ½ flour

1 pack yeast

2 cups  lukewarm  water

Little bit of salt and sugar

60 g butter

2 garlic gloves

1 tsp parsley

50-80 g Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Make a dough from flour, yeast, salt, sugar and lukewarm water.  Put the dough a side until you make the coating.

Melt half of the butter and add 2 gloves grind garlic, 1 tsp chopped parsley and salt. The leftover butter spread it all over the pan. Put the dough on the table and stretch it with roll and than put it in the pan.

On top of the dough spread the mixture of butter, garlic and parsley, than add the parmesan cheese on top. Cut the dough whit pizza cutter strips.

Left the dough to rest for about 15-20 min.

Bake it on 200 Celsius degrees   15-20 min.
