Fantastic Colored Chocolate Mousse!!!

Top creamy dessert which is worth to try it if you’re a fan of chocolate, strong flavor and delicate texture which are melts in the mouth…

Ingredients:

For bright mousse

1 gelatin sheet

100g milk chocolate

20g chocolate for cooking

1 egg

2 tablespoons rum

250ml sweet cream

For white mousse

2 leaves of gelatin

140g white chocolate

1 egg

4 tablespoons liqueur or orange juice

250ml sweet cream

For dark mousse

1 gelatin sheet

130g cooking chocolate

1 egg

2 tablespoons brewed coffee

250ml sweet cream

Preparation:

1. For light mousse its needed to drop gelatin in cold water. Chop the chocolate and melt on the steam. On the steam, mix egg with 2 tablespoons water. Add the gelatin and rum, and mix until you get a smooth mixture. Mix the sweet cream until you get the cream and stir into chocolate mixture. The cream put it in the refrigerator to cool.

2.For  white mousse its needed to re-submerge gelatin in water. Chop the chocolate and get melt. While chocolate is steam add the egg with 2 tablespoons water. Add the gelatin and stir well. Mix the sweet cream and add to the mixture. Leave in the fridge while you prepare the third layer.

3. Repeat the same procedure for the dark mousse. Drop the gelatin, melt the chocolate, add egg with 2 tablespoons water and coffee. Mix the sweet cream and add to the mixture. Leave the mousse to cool.

4. Finally, all three layers arrange them in the order as desired and place to cool and done. Cut with a sharp knife or serve in cups. Enjoy!
