Extremely Creamy Cake With White Chocolate!!!

This white chocolate cake is an unmistakable choice when you want to satisfy the tastes of all, because there is no one who can resist the chocolate, even and white. The richness of tastes in your mouth are the main advantages to turn this easy preparing recipe with just five ingredients into a creamy desire. 


5 egg yolks

8 tablespoons sugar

200 g. white chocolate

5 oz cream

2 tablespoons Nutella or other cream (optionally)



Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, until you get white foam, put to cook on steam. Immediately add the white chocolate, stir the mixture on steam a few minutes, just until the chocolate has melted and immediately put away to cool at room temperature.

Whip the cream, add the cooled mixture of white chocolate and mix well.

In the mold, with dimensions – 8 cm x 11 cm x 30 cm. Put nylon and pour the cream. Allow 5-6 tablespoons cream, mixed with Nutella and spread over yellow cream. With a little spoon, stir to the bottom of mold, to mix the cream.

Leave in the fridge 12 hours at least, remove from the mold and decorate with Nutella.
