Exotic, Tasty, Ultra Healthy, Rich with Antioxidants – “CHIA SEED” Pudding!!!

Want an exotic, tasty and very easy-to-prepare way to consume Chia seeds?

How about Chia pudding? Proven way to surprise someone with an unusual specialty, who is ultra healthy and rich with antioxidants.

Ingredients:

1 cup walnuts

3 cups water

1 cup cherries and blueberries

1 cup berries

Chia seeds – for every 1.5 cups of milk, add 1/4 cup of Chia seed

A few drops of vanilla extract (optionally)

Instructions:

Add nuts and water in a blender for one minute until you get foamy mixture. Drain and replace the milk in a blender. The remaining pulp from nuts put it in the fridge in a small bowl. Add cherries and berries in the milk and mix a few seconds.

Place the mixture in a large jar and add the Chia seeds. Close the jar and mix well. Add vanilla extract, cover and place in fridge overnight. If you use frozen blueberries, put them in a bowl, cover and leave it in the fridge overnight to be ready for next day. Serve your favorite pudding and ENJOY!
