Easy And NO Baking: “SEMOLINA Pleasure”

You doesn’t have any choice when you taste it: you’ll just say ‘mmmmm‘ … and enjoy 🙂

Bright part:

400 ml (1.6 cups) milk

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon white rum

3-4 tablespoons semolina

3 tablespoons of coconut flour

The dark part:

400 ml (1.6 cups) milk

1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate (85% cocoa)

3-4 tablespoons semolina

1 tablespoon white rum

More needed:

2 rolls of pineapple (Fresh or canned fruit)

Sprinkle with coconut flour (optionally)

If its necessary, clean the pineapple and cut it into small pieces (or drain canned). Get for cooking milk (first amount), rum and sugar.

In hot milk, stir semolina, while stirring cook and mix grated coconut. Pour into a mold lined with baking paper.

Get another amount of milk, rum and sugar. In the meantime, push pineapple vertically in the bright part (about halfway).

In warm milk, add the chocolate and stir fragmented until dissolved – my recommendation is that you do not have all the time the mixture on fire but that, if necessary, remove, so you do not burn. When the chocolate is melted, mix with semolina and cook about 2-3 minutes (How much semolina should be cooked).

Pour the bright mixture, so fill all the holes between pineapples and cover it.

When dessert is cool, place it in the fridge to chill. Carefully remove it from the pan and sprinkle with grated coconut (optionally).
