Delicious Meatloaf With Mashed Potatoes in the Middle!

For 5 persons


700 g minced meat

3 eggs

500 g potatoes

1tsp ground pepper

2 pieces of bread

2 fillets roasted peppers

1tsp butter

1tsp sliced parsley

4tsp oil

Salt and pepper


Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook in salted water.


After they are cooked mash them and add butter, 1 egg, salt and pepper, mix well.


Soak the bread in water, strain the water and crumble it. The fillets of roasted pepper cut into cubes. In a bowl mix the meat with bread, 2 eggs, parsley, ground pepper, salt and pepper.


The prepared mixture apply it all over the foil with a thickness of 1 cm. On top add the mash potatoes, red pepper and roll it. Cover the pan with a baking paper and place the meatloaf on it.


Bake it on 220 Celsius degrees until gets a brown color.
