“Chocolate” Fantasy Cake!!!

We are going again with something quick and very simple. Great chocolate cake, with which chocolate enjoyment is guaranteed!!!


3 eggs

150 gr (5.5 oz) sugar

100 gr (3.5 oz) flour

100 gr (3.5 oz) butter

100 gr (3.5 oz) dark chocolate


200 ml (0.8 cups) sweet cream

100 gr (3.5 oz) dark chocolate

100 gr (3.5) milk chocolate

25 gr (1 oz)  butter



Add in the bowl eggs, sugar, flour and mix with wire to avoid creating lumps.

Melt chocolate and butter together at the low temperature and add the eggs mixture. Mix all together.

Preheat oven to 170 °C (325 F).

Brush the mold with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Add the mixture in the mold and bake about 20 minutes.

For the glaze:

Assemble both kinds of chocolate, butter and cream and melt at the low temperature. Leave briefly to cool.

The baked crust turn it over from the mold on a plate, so the so the concave portion comes to the top and then add the cream on the crust.

The crust can be lukewarm also the cream can be cold. The important thing is to let it rest for a couple of hours in the fridge to cool the cream. ENJOY!!!
