Chocolate, Caramel, Peanuts: This Is The Kind Of Ice-Cream You Haven’t Tried Yet!!!

Officially is time to open the season for ice-cream. So, imagine to transform your favorite chocolate into delicious, creamy and icy dessert. This is the right dessert for you. There is no one who can resist this sweet sin.

Ingredients:

● 50g of your favorite chocolate
● 600ml heavy whipped cream
● 3 eggs

Preparation:

Break the chocolate into cubes and put it in a bowl. This bowl put it on top of a pan with boiling water so you can cook your chocolate on steam. Then add 300 ml heavy whipped cream and mix it. It will take 15 minutes for the chocolate to melt completely and mix with the cream. After that take the bowl of the heat and let it cool down.

In the meantime separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and when the chocolate is ready mix them together, after that add the rest of the cream(300 ml).

Beat the egg whites into foam and then add the prepared mixture and mix them well together. The mixture add it in a bowl with cover and let it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

Serve the ice-cream in glasses, decorate with peanuts, chocolate and caramel cream. You can also add bananas or some other fruit.
