Chocolate Cake Filled With White Chocolate? Amazing!!!
Just imagine the double chocolate pleasure. From the outside you see a cake from dark chocolate but when you cut a peace you realise that there is a filling of white chocolate. You can only experience this pleasure by making this cake.
14 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp flour
1 small package baking powder
6 tbsp warm water
4 tbsp cocoa
1,2 l (5.15 cups) milk
1 white chocolate
400 g (14.1 oz) butter
100 g (3.5 oz) corn starch
150 g (5.3 oz) powdered sugar
2 dark chocolates
Mix the 6 eggs with 6 tbsp of sugar.
Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa, after that combine them with the mixed eggs.
To this mixture add 6 tbsp of warm water and mix all together.
After that grease the pan with oil and pour the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes on 200 C degrees (390 F).
From 1l (4.22 cups) milk separate 10 tbsp milk and mix them with the corn starch and 4 tbsp sugar to get a thick paste.
The rest of the milk should be boiled together with the white chocolate.
Into the milk add the mixture of corn starch and stir until you get a creamy mixture.
Remove from the heat and wait to cool down so you can add the 250 g (8.18 oz) of butter previously mixed with the powdered sugar.
After the crust is baked cut it on half. One of the half’s should be coverd with the cream with white chocolate, the other use it to cover over the cream. On top of that pour with glaze made of 2 dark chocolates, 4 tbsp milk, 4 tbsp sugar and 150 g (5.29 oz) butter.
After the cake is done put it in a freezer for at least 1 hour before you serve it.
