Cake With Rum And Milk – Specifically Amazing Taste!!

For the dough:
400 g (14 oz) biscuits
100 ml (0.4 cup) milk
1 tbsp rum
500 ml (2.1 cup) heavy whipping cream
300 g (10.5 oz) cottage cheese
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
10 g (0.25 oz) 1 package gelatin
1 tbsp cocoa
For the glaze:
100 g (3.5 oz) chocolate for cooking
1 tbsp grated chocolate
Whip the cream together with the sugar and add the cheese. Melt the gelatin in a small amount of water on the heat, after that let it cool down and add it to the mixture of cream and cheese. Separate 1/3 of this mixture in another bowl and add the cocoa to it. Moisten the biscuits in milk mixed with rum. Put one layer of biscuits in a pan and over them add the cream, after that put another layer of biscuits (moisten in milk and rum) and add the cream with cocoa. At the end there are two more layers of biscuits and in between them add the white cream. Finish with melted chocolate glaze.
